Kristi and her family have been visiting Flathead Lake in Polson for years, and so it was natural that she chose to do her senior portraits in a spot that means a lot to her, and one that not only featured the beauty of the lake and of Montana, but also horses – one of her absolute loves. :)
Kristi will be a 2014 senior this year at The Overlake School in Redmond, Washington, and has been checking out the University of Texas and Texas A&M and dreams of going to college to pursue her goal of becoming a veterinarian. She has been working at a vet clinic the last two summers and she even worked at a horse rescue this past year as well. Plus, Kristi’s been horseback riding her entire life, more specifically focusing on dressage for the past 5 years or so.
She LOVES animals, people and science – and I’m pretty sure that shows up well in her portraits we made together. Not only did we laugh and have a great time traipsing about Polson, we even got to make some photos with some very sweet horses too – both Doc and Dylan.
Kristi – it was so nice meeting you and your family and your most excellent personal assistant Sydne ;), and I can tell you’re going to be doing some great things with your life. You absolutely lit up when we were hanging out with the horses – so follow that dream! You’ll excel doing something you love. I can say that from personal experience. :)
On the docket: weddings and portraits! Stay tuned!
Cheers,
-Kristine
