Katie, a class of 2014 senior at Sentinel High School, couldn’t have picked a more gorgeous day to have her senior pictures done. The sun was shining, it wasn’t too hot, there was a teensy breeze, and her eyes were absolutely sparkling in each shot – everything was just perfect. And, if all that wasn’t amazing enough on its own, she, her mom and I had a total blast during her session. Let’s just say, there was a heckuva lot of laughter involved. :)
We got to visit an old barn with lots of cool texture, we played in some fields and tall grasses, and we even raced the sun, chasing the light to catch the last rays as they peeked over the mountaintops. In the midst of all this, Katie told me that she’s very interested in art and photography as well, and plans on pursuing a degree in graphic design, with MSU Bozeman being one of her options. She’s even got some great experience under her belt and has worked on Sentinel’s website – very cool!
Katie – thanks again for such a great session! It was such a treat to meet you and your mom, and I’m excited about your pursuits after high school! You’re going to love college, and I’m sure the graphic design world is going to love you too. :)
On the docket: portraits and weddings!
Cheers,
-Kristine
