When Nicole contacted me about photographing their new baby girl, Marlowe, for Missoula newborn and family portraits I was so excited to get to work with them again. Just a few short years earlier, I had had such a wonderful time photographing their brand new baby boy, Ted! Jena + Dan :: Corvallis, Montana Wedding at the Flying Horse Ranch
Though the forecast predicted rain, Jena and Dan's wedding at the Flying Horse Ranch was picture perfect - blue skies, fluffy white clouds, a golden eagle overhead, brilliant sunshine here and there - Montana certainly pulled out all the stops for them. There's nothing more beautiful than a couple who can laugh together - and Emily and John certainly epitomize that in their relationship. It was so nice to meet up with them while Emily was visiting John from Tennessee. I love photographing this time of year - the late spring yields lush greens, dramatic Montana skies, and lots of brightly colored wildflowers. Sweet Snowflakes :: Alyssa + Adam’s Missoula Montana Winter Wedding
What is it about softly falling snowflakes that just immediately creates magic? Mountain Running :: {Lolo and Trapper’s Missoula Pet Portraits}
I have a huge soft spot for animals and love capturing them doing what they love, so when Pam contacted me to ask about making some portraits of her two dogs, Trapper and Lolo, I was more than a little excited. And we had SO much fun! 2014 is quickly coming to a close (T-minus about 6 hours as I write this post), and what a wonderful year it was!
